Lou’s current projects include the development of a 26-acre site (previously owned by Eversource and Sprague Oil) on the New Bedford waterfront and transforming the property into a highly engineered and specialized, privately owned marine terminal to service the nascent offshore industry that will be developing windfarms off the coast of Martha’s Vineyard.
