Eden Milroy
Founder and President

Mr. Milroy’s career has included commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential development His long background as developer, investor and architect has given him a deep understanding of the many factors underlying today’s building and investment decisions and realities. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED AP.

Louis A. Cabral
Principal and Executive Vice President

Lou has over 25 years of experience in government and real estate project development. Early in his career, Lou worked in both the Massachusetts General Assembly and the US House of Representatives, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience on how to integrate public and private interests into commercial enterprises.

During his tenure as Director of Real Estate Management for the Massachusetts Port Authority, Lou oversaw and implemented strategic plans that created the foundation for South Boston’s Seaport and Innovation Districts. As a private sector real estate executive formerly, Lou assembled and permitted over two million square feet of mixed-use real estate projects.

His early experience working in government positions, and later, managing private sector assignments, provides Lou with unique insight, perspective, and strategic thought leadership necessary in meeting the challenges of public-private partnership initiatives. His vision, creativity, and enthusiasm are well respected by his colleagues, associates, and partners.

Lou’s current projects include the development of a 26-acre site (previously owned by Eversource and Sprague Oil) on the New Bedford waterfront and transforming the property into a highly engineered and specialized, privately owned marine terminal to service the nascent offshore industry that will be developing windfarms off the coast of Martha’s Vineyard.

Also, Lou and his partner (Power House CNY) were designated by the Boston Planning and Development Agency to develop a one hundred thousand square foot research and development building in the Charlestown Navy Yard.

Lou takes pride in the importance of community service, and consistent with his professional leadership skills, is the Chairman of the Board of Southcoast Health System.

Kathryn Maynes
Principal and Treasurer

Ms. Maynes manages the corporation and its related limited liability companies, including financial management, leasing, asset management and contract administration.

Michael Cassavoy, P.E.
Senior Project Manager

Mr. Cassavoy is a structural engineer with more than 40 years of experience focused on industrial and commercial projects. His expertise has allowed him to take a leadership role on all aspects of building construction. Mr. Cassavoy has managed programs, designs and the preparation of construction documents. He has also provided construction administration on projects varying from major retail expansions to emergency rehabilitation. Among other accomplishments, Mr. Cassavoy has managed the design and construction of multiple fish processing facilities in South Boston, including Legal Sea Foods, 8 Seafood Way, New Boston Seafood Center, and in Gloucester, at the Jodrey State Pier Building. In addition, he has managed the design of distribution centers which have included freezer, cooler and ambient distribution areas.
